- 9 amp - ball / ball Develops almost 120" vacuum compared to the 116-336 that has about 90" vacuum.
-2 stage - 5.7"
- stands 7" tall (the field height is the only difference.
The fan housings and mounting is identical to 116-336-01)

This is a 2 stage by-pass double ball bearing motor.
It is used in many single and double motor commercial and built-in motor installations.
Can be used for wet/dry commercial use.
Because of the higher amp rating, twin motor operation is not suitable for a 15 amp circuit.
If you plan on swapping out two of the 116-336's for a pair of these monsters, you need to check that the load rating on the start relay is 18 amp or more. Also, you need to have room for the extra 3/4" height that the taller field winding needs.

If noise reduction is important, ACUSTEK is usefull.
Because of the higher amp rating twin motor operation is not suitable for a 15 amp max load limit.

This is a commercial rated wet/dry motor used in extractor type machines, usually 2 mounted in series. You will need the original bottom housing with the 2" flang to make this motor suitable for series use.
Two motors are used on one circuit.
Mounting is with 3 bolts holding the motor fan housing bracket.
Because this one has 2 ball bearings, it is re-buildable.

If you have this motor in your industrial or built-in vac, you have the biggest, best quality 110V motor on the market.
It is a 3 fan, 14.5 amp, 7.2" diameter, heavy-duty , all aluminium, By-pass (wet ) motor assy.
Fully repairable, easily serviced and very dependable.
About $300.00 CDN.
117-507
Same as above except has lexan housings and not
as succesfully rebuildable.
Not a good choice if above is available.
116-119
Older style 14.5 amp, 7.2" diameter, 3 stage(fan) all aluminum motor assy.
Very dependable, standard equipment in higher quality older machines.
Parts still available such as carbons and bearings.
Earlier design had 8mm top and bottom bearings but armature is discontinued.
Later design had a larger 10mm lower bearing but this armature can NOT be used in earlier model.
This is probably our favorite motor to rebuild.
Carbon change is dificult, but when done properly, and new carbons allowed to "SEAT IN", expect to get many more years of use at a fraction of the cost of replacement ($300.00+)
